We do our best to serve each and every customer the best we can. We must be notified within 3 days from the delivery date of your item in order to issue a RMA form. Returns after this period will not be accepted. Shipping on items is non-refundable. Under no circumstances do we cover return shipping costs on exchanges, defective items, refunds, or damaged items. All RMA's must accompany the original packaging and include all original accessories which accompanied the original shipment. Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to reject any RMA if the proper guidelines are not followed.
